Would recommend for a fleeting moment
Comfortable room, convenient location, the fitness center was a great perk for keeping active during my stay.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Great Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups
We enjoyed our 2-night stay in a King Corner Room. The location was ideal for exploring the city. However, our mouse had trouble on the glass desk. Tip, ask staff for breakfast spots before venturing out, as recommendations may be closed on weekends.

Helpful staff saved the day
I had a rough start with rude neighbors, but Gustavo and the rest of the staff were super helpful and fixed things ASAP. The views were stunning, and the little snack bar in the lobby was a nice touch. A bit messy in my room tho, which was kinda disappointing.

My best decision yet!
Choosing to stay here was absolutely delightful! I loved my corner room on the 24th floor with stunning city views and a cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly soft, and the staff were truly pleasant—especially Ms. Boyd. I would definitely recommend this place for those exploring the southern downtown area.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was a mix of highs and lows. The location couldn’t be better, close to the Field Museum and other must-see spots. The room I had, a King Corner Room, offered spectacular views of the city skyline, just as I hoped. The room itself was roomy and had a cozy vibe. I especially liked the key access to the elevator for safety. that felt smart. I couldn’t enjoy breakfast during my stay, but the lobby had a snack spot which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, housekeeping fell short. I expected a cleaning every other day, but they never showed up. I also had issues with early check-in. I called to confirm but was hit with a fee upon arrival that I wasn’t previously informed about. That felt off. Customer service could use some work too. They were friendly but seemed overwhelmed with requests. Overall, I think it’s a solid option if you value location and views, but be prepared for some service hiccups.

Exceptional cleanliness and helpful staff
I was impressed by how exceptionally clean everything was throughout my stay, from the lobby to the room itself. The staff were not only friendly but went above and beyond to assist when I had issues with my noisy neighbors. The location is perfect, close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. I would have liked more transparency regarding the additional fees upon check-in.
